NO right to choose in relation to education

When the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) in the UK suddenly ended its contract with Coleg Elidyr, a specialist college, many children with learning disabilities were left without a place. Speculation abounds regarding the termination of the contract as LSC and the local social services are both entitled to terminate the contract by giving three months' notice without any need to give reasons for that termination
